Welcome to GoMinato, a platform operated by Jaitam Fintech LLP. These Terms & Conditions (T&C) govern your use of our website www.gominato.com and services. By accessing Minato, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Definitions
“We,” “Us,” “Our”: Refers to Jaitam Fintech LLP.
“You,” “User”: Any individual or entity using Minato’s services.
“Services”: Escrow-based transaction platform for B2B deals.
3. User Rights & Responsibilities
Rights: Access Minato to initiate, track, and complete B2B transactions.
Use our dashboard and tools as per these T&C.
Responsibilities: Provide accurate, lawful information. Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials.
Use Minato only for legitimate business purposes.
4. Content Ownership & Intellectual Property
Minato’s Content: All text, logos, and software are owned by Jaitam Fintech LLP and protected under the Copyright Act, 1957. Users may not reproduce or distribute content without permission.
User Content: You retain rights to the data you upload, but grant us a license to use it for service provision.
5. Prohibited Activities
Users must not: Engage in fraud, money laundering, or illegal transactions.
Upload harmful content (e.g., malware, defamatory material).
Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
Violate Indian laws, including the IT Act, 2000.
6. Transaction Rules
Escrow Process: Funds are held in a bank-managed escrow account until conditions are met.
Disputes: Unresolved issues may go to third-party arbitration.
7. Liability & Disclaimers
Service Provided “As-Is”: We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limited Liability: Our liability is capped at the transaction fee paid by you.
Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for bank delays, payment gateway failures, or arbitration decisions.
8. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify Jaitam Fintech LLP against claims, losses, or damages resulting from misuse of Minato or breach of these T&C.
9. Termination
By You: You can close your account anytime by Emailing: info@gominato.com
By Us: We may terminate your access for violations, non-payment, or legal requirements with notice where feasible.
10. Modification of Terms
We may update these T&C. Changes will be posted on www.gominato.com/terms&conditions. Continued use implies acceptance.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These T&C are governed by Indian laws.
Jurisdiction: Disputes will be handled in Jaipur, India.
Arbitration: Disputes may be resolved under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with a mutually appointed arbitrator in Jaipur.
